I just placed another order for my gathering club. We meet at my church once a month and have a super time. This month we will be working on a mini album. Since Easter is almost here I think we will do an Easter mini album using the Close to my Heart Cricut cartridges and the supplies from Close to my Heart. I will be monitoring this Blog much more than I was doing, so I hope you visit more and let me know what you think. I am also working on a mini album for my great grandchild Piper. I will show you some of the pages from that one. Since card making is my ultimate passion as you can see from other posts, we will also be doing them as well. This is from a challenge that I participated in over at Club Posh and we really had a great turnover with them. They are supposed to be 1 1/2 by 6 but I cheated a little, after all they are pieces of scrap that mostly gets tossed in the trash.

This one is one of our swaps. We have several and we have a lot of great cards. This is the ATC card swap. The size is 2.5 x 3.5 We use all different stamp companies. This image is from Hero Arts.

Hi Everyon, Sorry for letting so much time go by without a single post or photo. I have been sick from the end of October thru the middle of December. Christmas came and went and I did not enjoy hardly a day. We had all of our grandchildren stay at the house and I was a mopey great grandmother. No fun at all. Even my business suffered. I had to cancel my last club meeting and the Christmas. Boo Hoo... Well now it is 2014 and I plan not to get sick and to have a super great new year. I have my new info for the the next catalog and I will post all the goodies and pictures and products that we are offering. Well Christmas is here and gone and I have not even posted 1 card. When I sit down to create a card I think of what makes me happy.  Tell me about your experience when you do crafts. A Passion for Stamping!

Do you remember. When you had to do something you loved every day. Well that is what happens to me when I see a small child, a piece of cake., or even a sentimental verse written on a board. I just have to get out my stamps, ink pads and cardstock. I guess it's a good thing that I found Close to my Heart. They have me all the supplies, videos, and tutoring I will ever need. Of course there are a million other places that will do the same thing.
